Alessio is a surgeon with a passion for extra-virgin olive oil, a product he has always included in his daily diet.

He is also passionate about food science and alternative medicine and is currently writing on these topics.

His family, originally from Forte dei Marmi, always owned olive trees from which, and for generations, has obtained the finest extra-virgin olive oil that HAS NEVER BEEN ON THE MARKET. This oil has been produced for personal use only and shared with a few selected friends who, from year to year, fiercely contend for a modest quantity of this rare product characterized with the best olfactory, gustatory and NUTRITIONAL qualities.
