Giuseppe is an enogastronomic entrepreneur. His family is originally from the Abruzzo region and has produced extra-virgin olive oil for generations.
His passion for his work has led him to become one of the leading experts in the best Italian food, wine and extra-virgin oil production.
After managing a catering company in Forte dei Marmi and a cookie factory I Fortini, Giuseppe moved to Singapore in 2008 where he and his brother Loris, opened a chain of restaurants, the most famous of which is called Pietrasanta, a quiet and relaxing place frequented by Asian VIPS.
Giuseppe is so passionate about extra-virgin olive oil that he decided to use only Es-senza extra-virgin oil at each stage of every recipe’s preparation in all his restaurants. His customers find Es-senza extra-virgin oil on every table.
