Es-senza extra-virgin olive oil can be purchased in Italy at the 3 Friends company and ONLY if the customer has attended the extra-virgin olive oil course held by Alessio. The 3 Friends desire is to create a group of expert tasters who have the knowledge to appreciate and can evaluate the unique characteristics of their product.
